LC-300B
LC-300B is an extra low hydrogen type electrode for all-position welding. Suitable forwelding of boilers and other pressure vessels for high temperature service as well asheavy dutied machinery.LC-300B is also suitable for welding of the joints where insufficient strength of weldsafter postheat treatment may possibly be occured by conventional Mn-Si type 50kgf/mm2class electrodes.

Characteristics | LC-300B is an extra low hydrogen type electrode for all-position welding. Suitable for welding of boilers and other pressure vessels for high temperature service as well as heavy dutied machinery. LC-300B is also suitable for welding of the joints where insufficient strength of welds after postheat treatment may possibly be occured by conventional Mn-Si type 50kgf/mm2 class electrodes. |
Notes on usage | (1) Dry the electrodes at 325~375℃ for about one hour before use. (2) Adopt back step method or strike the arc on a small steel plate prepared for this particular purpose to prevent blowholes at the arc starting. (3) Keep the arc as short as possible. |
