Characteristics | CH-210 is a low hydrogen type hard-surfacing electrode. Weld metal of Mn-Cr type austenitic structure is hardened by impact and shows excellent toughness and resistance to abrasion under high temperature and impact. |
Notes on usage | (1) For welding of high-Mn steel, weld with water cooling or at room temperature for interpass to prevent brittleness of mother plate by welding heat. Preheating and postheating should never be done. (2) Use minimum currents to avoid overheating the electrode. (3) Dry the electrodes at 30~60 minutes before use. |
