NC-318
NC-318 is a lime-titania type electrode for all-position welding, which has goodusability and weldability. As the weld metal contains Mo, the deposited metal hasgood corrosion resistibility oxdizing acid and non-oxdizing acid such as sulfuric acid,etc. As the weld metal contains Nb, it has good resistance to intergranular corrosion andhas no precipitation of chromium carbide in the weld metal.

| Notes on usage | (1) Keep the arc as short as possible and choose the welding current as low as possible. (2) Weaving width should be within two and a half times of electrode's diameter. (3) When the electrodes have absorbed moisture, dry them at 250~300℃ for 60~90 minutes before use. (4) Usually, preheat is not necessary. |
