CSI-NiCu7
CSM-NiCu7 deposits 70%Ni-30%Cu weld metal based on Monel alloy 400 with raised levelsof mananese and titanium to suppress hot cracking and porsoity. It is optimised to give thehighest as-welded ductility and strength attainable in weld metal of this type.Welding of Nickel-Copper alloy to themselves and to steel. Clad side of joints in steel cladwith Nickel-Copper alloy. Surfacing steel with Nickel-Copper alloy weld metal.

Notes on usage | (1) Keep the arc as short as possible and choose the welding current as low as possible. (2) Weaving width should be within two and a half times of electrode’s diameter. (3) When the electrodes have absorbed moisture, dry them at 200~250℃ for 60minutes before use. (4) Usually, preheat is not necessary, but keep the temperature of inter-pass less then 150℃. |
